Why We Don't Offer Refunds

All products sold by SISU ENTERPRISE LIMITED through Maximum Protection are digital products — specifically, downloadable PDF documents delivered via email immediately after payment confirmation.

Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered. The moment the files are sent to your email address, you have full and permanent access to the product. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

What You Agree To When Purchasing

  • Permanently ban you from all future purchases.
  • Pursue collections for any losses, fees, or costs incurred as a result of the fraudulent dispute.
  • Report the incident to fraud prevention databases and relevant authorities.

Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your product email after purchase, this is a delivery issue — not grounds for a refund. Please:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder.
  2. Verify you entered the correct email address at checkout.
  3. Contact us at info@maximumprotection.online within 24 hours of purchase.

We will verify the transaction and resend the files to your email address. Redelivery is not a refund — it is fulfillment of the original order.

Legal Basis

As digital products are delivered in full at the point of purchase and cannot be returned, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
